Returns Policy
Our returns policy does not cover damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application of the product.

To ensure that returns reach us safely, we kindly request customers to pack the items carefully to prevent any transit damage. In the event that we receive a damaged product during the return process, we may be required to dispose of the item upon its arrival, and as a result, no refund will be issued in such cases.

For any return requests, please make sure to initiate them within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

To help us efficiently process your return, please ensure that you write your Order number, Full name, Email, and Phone number on the return parcel. This information will assist us in identifying your return and processing it promptly.
Exchange Policy
Perfumes fall under the category of non-returnable products.

We will, however, accept returns or provide replacements for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances if the packaging has been opened or used.

Please note that any shipping costs incurred, including for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages, are non-refundable. The only circumstance where shipping costs will be refunded is if there was an error on our part in the shipping process.

When returning a product, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs involved.
