For your peace of mind, we have a hassle-free return policy. You can return any merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that it is in its original condition. Please note that there will be a restocking fee of 15% for any opened merchandise. Kindly bear in mind that the cost of return shipping will not be covered by us.

The shipping cost is non-refundable in cases of undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages, except in the event of an error on our part.

To ensure a smooth return process, please include the following details with your return: your full name, order number, and the reason for the return. All returns must have a valid tracking number. Please keep in mind that we cannot take responsibility for the return package until the tracking number confirms its delivery to our facility. Once we receive the package, please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
