If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to do so. It is important that the merchandise is returned in its original condition. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for any opened merchandise. Kindly note that the shipping cost for returning an order will be the customer's responsibility.

In the case of undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages, the shipping cost is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
